• Please visit this website to purchase your new Phi Mu badge.
  • Step 1: Select your Phi Mu chapter from dropdown menu.
  • Step 2: Select your name from the dropdown menu.
  • Step 3: Type your email address.
  • Step 4: Click Proceed.
  • Step 5: Order your Phi Mu badge.
• Your new Phi Mu badge will be shipped in the chapter’s bulk order after your Initiation Service. Please contact your Phi Director (New Member Experience) to confirm the package distribution time.

Option 1: I am a current collegian and initiated member of my Phi Mu chapter. I would like to upgrade my current Phi Mu badge. How do I upgrade my Phi Mu badge?

• Please visit this website to upgrade your current Phi Mu badge.
• You will see various Phi Mu badge options and styles to order on the Herff Jones website. Once you select your upgraded Phi Mu badge, you will input your chapter of Initiation, Initiation date and initials for the engraving details on the back of your Phi Mu badge.
• If you need assistance with your engraving details, please login or reclaim your myPhiMu account to access your details.

Option 2: I am a current collegian and initiated member of my Phi Mu chapter. I lost my Phi Mu badge. How do I order a replacement Phi Mu badge?

• You will see various Phi Mu badge options and styles to order on the Herff Jones website. Once you select your replacement Phi Mu badge, you will input your chapter of Initiation, Initiation date and initials for the engraving details on the back of your Phi Mu badge.
