Bring Phi Mu to Your Campus
Starting a Phi Mu chapter means more than adding a new organization to campus, it means creating a community where women can find real belonging, lead with heart and leave behind something meaningful for the women who come after them.
Bringing a new sorority to campus is a process guided by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). Your first step is connecting with the staff member on your campus who oversees fraternity and sorority life — they can tell you whether your campus is open for extension and how to get the process started. NPC’s Extension Committee works directly with campuses to support the addition of new chapters and you can reach their office at npccentral@npcwomen.org to learn more.
What makes a new Phi Mu chapter thrive is the same thing that makes Phi Mu what it is: people who show up for each other. From day one, new chapters are supported by National and Area Officers, local Advisers and Phi Mu staff members, all working together to build a foundation that’s strong, lasting and uniquely yours.
